Do your Facebook skills need a boost? I will share my Top Ten Facebook Tips for businesses on Friday, October 14, immediately after the Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce (BACC) meeting. This free workshop–sponsored by the Bluffton Center for Entrepreneurs–will help you take your business Facebook page to new levels of professionalism.

This will be a discussion-based session. No technology is required! And I’ll have handouts for those who hate to take notes. I’ll be sharing some of the best ways to improve the look and effectiveness of Facebook posts. If you’re feeling stuck in a social media rut or you’re just not getting the results you want, please join us!

SPOILER ALERT: This will be the perfect time to talk about sharing posts by other businesses. Yes, other businesses. Facebook is great for cross promotion and Bluffton boosting. Get ready to #ShareLocal! (UPDATE: #OhBluffton and #IChooseBluffton are some of the best hashtags for cross promotion)

The BACC holds monthly breakfast meetings at Bluffton Town Hall. Breakfast starts at 7 a.m., the main presentation and announcements run from 7:30-8:30, and the workshop will begin shortly after
